この度、 2026-27シーズントヨタヴェルブリッツ新体制が決定致しましたので下記にてお知らせいたします。

2026-27シーズンのトヨタヴェルブリッツの新体制を発表いたします。

昨シーズン、私たちは多くの経験と学びを得ました。同時に、目標とする場所に到達するためには、チームとして、さらに進化する必要があることも明確になりました。「どうすれば継続的に勝てるチームにできるのか？」今回の新体制は、単なる役割やポジションの変更ではありません。その答えを出すための組織としての進化です。

新たなスタッフには、それぞれの専門性を最大限に発揮することはもちろん、役割や担当領域の枠を越え、チームのために責任を持って行動することを求めます。選手、コーチ、スタッフ、そしてクラブに関わるすべての人が、同じ方向を向き、同じ基準で行動し、互いに要求し合う。そして日々成長する。そのために、全員がもう一歩踏み出す。この姿勢をチームとして徹底し、日々の行動に落とし込んでいきます。

ファンのみなさま、パートナー企業のみなさま、そして地域のみなさまに、これまで以上に「応援したい」「誇りに思える」と感じていただけるチームをつくってまいりますので、今シーズンも、トヨタヴェルブリッツへの熱いご声援をよろしくお願いいたします。

このチームを率いることは大変光栄なことであり、新たにマネジメントチームに加わる皆さんを歓迎します。ヴェルブリッツにはチームを支える素晴らしいメンバーが集まっています。

このチームのパフォーマンスをさらに向上させられるよう、力を合わせて懸命に取り組んでまいります。

We are pleased to announce the new team structure for the 2026-27 season of Toyota Verblitz.

We gained valuable experience and learned many important lessons last year. At the same time, it became clear that, if we are to reach the level we aspire to, we must continue to evolve as a team.　“How do we build a team that can win consistently?” The new structure is not simply about changing roles or positions. It represents an evolution of our organisation as we seek to answer that question.

We expect every member of our staff not only to maximise their individual expertise, but also to step beyond the boundaries of their roles and areas of responsibility, and to take ownership for what is best for the team. Players, coaches, staff, and everyone involved with the club must move in the same direction, operate to the same standards, challenge one another, and continue to grow every day. To achieve this, everyone must take ONE STEP FURTHER.

We will embed this mindset throughout the team and, most importantly, transfer it into our daily actions. Our ambition is to build a Toyota Verblitz team that makes our fans, partner companies, and local community feel more than ever that this is a team they want to support and a team they can be proud of. We look forward to your continued support throughout the 2026-27 season.

Its a priviledge to lead this team and I welcome the new people into our Management Team.

We have an exciting group of people who support the Verblitz team and we will work hard together to ensure we as a team grow our performance.
